Franchise Training and Support

TOPZ success is based on maintaining consistent quality at every level of operations from each franchised store. Training is a top priority. TOPZ has spent the time and resources to develop a comprehensive curriculum. New franchisees and their store management participate in a three-week training program. The operational training mainly consists of hands-on, in-store training designed to teach the mechanics of running a successful TOPZ restaurant. Each franchisee learns how to operate and market a TOPZ location in accordance with our standards for quality, service, cleanliness, performance and operational efficiency. The franchisee does not need any previous food service experience.
