Our menu draws from San Francisco's unique tradition of the world's finest cuisines. The diverse selection of exceptional dining choices and cultures found only in San Francisco has been carefully tailored to SFO's casual motif by Ed Cerino, our executive chef, who himself comes from a family tradition of culinary excellence and successful restaurant operation spanning 3 generations. Signature gourmet pizza, freshly prepared, baked in a brick oven, and served within minutes, is what sets us apart from our fast casual competitors. Our delectable selection of sandwiches, salads and desserts, all prepared fresh with a San Francisco theme, are perfect compliments to our pizza, and offers a variety of meal choices and possibilities that today's discerning diner demands.

Each area developer is required to operate in a market area that will support a minimum of three (3) San Francisco Oven™ restaurants, and must commit to opening each restaurant within the territory no less frequently than one unit every 12-18 months. In certain markets some single units will be awarded.

Background and Financial Requirements

Background
Each Principal must have a proven background of business success at the senior management level in a multi-location retail business environment. All operating Principals must have multi-unit restaurant management background, preferably with a franchised food service operation.

Financial Requirements
Principals must have, individually or collectively, a tangible net worth of $1 million for each restaurant to be opened under their development agreement. Developers are required to make a minimum cash investment commitment of $150,000 for each restaurant to be opened under their development agreement.
